What kind of punishment would you suggest for someone who knowingly causes cancer, fibromyalia, chronic fatigue, MCS, ADHD, Parkinson's Disease, autism, MS and other modern day illnesses of epidemic proportions? Such a slow death or "paid administrative leave?"
